The Bill Moss team are fresh from enjoying a dinner cruise on ‘Cadhla’, the canal boat restaurant on Dublin’s Grand Canal. On a beautiful late summer’s evening, we cruised along the beautiful stretch of water on the city’s south-side, taking in the views from the outside deck before making our way inside to the dining saloon for a delicious three-course meal.
The eco-friendly barge is battery operated meaning it moves silently and smoothly along the canal with no fumes. Between courses, some of us chatted with the crew as they navigated through the canal’s centuries old locks which are still operated by hand. Excellent food and fun times, memories to savour as we now cruise into Autumn.
