A legend in the direct marketing industry in Ireland, Bill established The Bill Moss Partnership in 1992 with one objective – to provide clients with the best possible prospects for their products and services. At the helm as Managing Director for 25 years, Bill led the company to become Ireland’s top broker of business to business and business to consumer lists.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Bill previously set up Ireland’s first commercially available direct marketing database in 1978 and managed the marketing services department of Dun and Bradstreet.
In 2011, Bill was awarded a Fellowship of the Irish Direct Marketing Association (IDMA), one of only three people to receive this award since the founding of the IDMA in 1988.
Now resident in Spain, Bill retains an active involvement in the daily running of the company.
John joined The Bill Moss Partnership as a consultant in 2001, and subsequently took on a role as Head of Finance and Administration. After fifteen years with the company, he became CEO in 2016.
The former Managing Director of Ireland’s largest shoe company, Edenderry Shoe Company in County Offaly, John is a graduate of Farnborough College and the University of Leicester. He trained in footwear technology and production management, before working his way up to manage export companies with hundreds of employees.
John’s management skills beyond the factory floor were proven when he set up the acclaimed Edenderry Festival, a venture he managed for 12 years that established his foothold in the Irish entertainment industry. Consequently, as Managing Director of Harmony Promotions for over 10 years, he toured numerous Irish, British and European chart-topping music acts throughout Ireland and internationally. A patron of the arts, he has for many years volunteered his time and skills to festivals and events.
John is an avid Bridge player and hiker, having completed the Camino de Santiago Portuguese Way.
Johnny has over 25 years experience in the Irish list broking industry. A specialist in direct marketing and sales, he joined the Bill Moss Partnership in July 2010.
Johnny previously worked for Ireland’s legendary list broker, Kompass until it was taken over by An Post in 2006, where he subsequently worked for a further four years. He holds a Diploma in Direct Marketing from the Irish Direct Marketing Association.
Managing relationships with B2B customers is where Johnny excels. He has nurtured numerous news agencies, large corporate companies and market research agencies advising his clients on the lists that will produce the best results for their requirements.
In case his duties as a dad of three do not keep him active enough, Johnny is an outdoor enthusiast, who enjoys golf, sailing, surfing and cycling.
Declan joined The Bill Moss Partnership in May 1999, first working as a Data Entry Agent, and later as an Account Executive, ahead of taking up his current role as Joint Head of Sales and Accounts Manager.
He previously worked in data management roles for companies including Trailer Care and Irish Ropes, following a City & Guilds Certificate in Information Technology.
After almost two decades with the company, Declan has built long-lasting relationships with a large number of Bill Moss clients, who rely on him to source the strongest leads for their marketing efforts. He is also responsible for securing new accounts and expanded business for the company.
A keen hiker, Declan is proud to have completed the famous Camino de Santiago through Portugal and Spain over the course of numerous active holidays.
Aoife joined the Bill Moss team in August 2005 as a Data Entry Agent, before moving into database management, an area she ‘Excelled’ in!
A fluent Irish speaker, she previously worked as a primary school teacher and in radio and TV production, roles that helped hone her organisational and relationship management skills.
Aoife specialises in Data Matching and Data Cleansing, helping clients ensure their records are current and well maintained to achieve maximum impact. In advance of the changes in laws regarding GDPR, Aoife has been appointed the Company’s Data Protection Officer following full time training.
A passionate supporter of Dublin hurling team, Aoife is also a talented singer of traditional Irish ‘sean-nós’ songs.
