List Cost

Business Lists will average €250 per 1,000 records for one time use.

Professionals lists (Doctors, Solicitors, etc.,) will average €295 per 1,000 records for one time use (see Policies).

Consumer Lists will average between €170 and €220 per 1,000 records plus administration costs. Consumer Lists are rented for one time use. Broked lists are usually supplied at no additional cost - you only pay the list owner's normal rental price of the list.

Minimum Order Charges

Irish list owners have a healthy attitude towards direct marketing and unlike many other countries do not normally impose a high minimum order charge. The normal minimum order charge is the equivalent of the cost of the first 1,000 records for Business Lists and 2000 records for Consumer Lists.

Delivery

Delivery by Post is free of charge.
Delivery by e-mail within Ireland is €15.
Delivery by Courier is at cost.

List Usage

All lists are rented on the basis of one time use for a one year period.

Lists may not be used by any other party other than the original mailer.

All lists are seeded with "sleepers" to protect against usage other than that authorised. Lists that are used over and above the terms agreed will be re-charged at full price with a penalty.

Multiple use of Business Lists for a one year period is available. Please advise when you are ordering if you require multiple use and your quotation will reflect the extra cost.

Net Name usage is available from many list suppliers. Please check at time of order.

Allowance for Goneaways specific to individual lists. Please check at time of order.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for account holders are 30 days from date of invoice.

Prepayment deposit on some orders may be required but you will be advised at time of placing your order.

An account can be opened on approval by our credit controller but prepayment is always required from non-account holders.

Business / Personal cheques are accepted and payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa credit cards.
